My documentary ideas

1. People with disabilities

My first idea was to make a documentary about people with disabilities.  I want this documentary to be from people with disabilities point of view, how they live daily, how they coupe with certain things etc. By doing this I think it will make people more aware of the different types of disabilities and hopefully make them realise people with disabilities are actually not as different to us.

For the documentary I wanted to use two or three people with disabilities and follow their life on a daily basic. To find out how life has been for them growing up, what challenges they’ve come up with and what they want from life in the future.

I also wanted to speak to some of the carers and parents who look after or have family with disabilities. To see how they help to support a person with disabilities, to see how parents have helped their child grow up and to find out what challenges they’ve had to deal with as well.

My brother has Autism so I can also speak to my parents and his carers to find how out how they support and care for him.

I can also get some links to speak to a few athletes who took part in the 2012 London Paralympic games. It would be nice to interview them to see how they have turned their disability into a ability.

2.  Is there life out in space? 

My second Idea was to make a documentary about aliens. For the documentary I wanted to interview a few people who believe that aliens exist and get their views and opinions on why they believe that. Also to share any experiences of photos, videos, Items/objects etc that are alien related. 

I wanted to find someone in the UK who believes aliens and follow their life as they try to find more information that proves they are real. Also if I can find any contacts I would also like to interview scientists that believe in aliens and get there view from a scientific point of view. 

I also want to get in contact with people who have claim to have seen UFOs objects
