This page is for me to explain how I use the internet to market myself productively and efficiently. Using a variety of forums, companies and sites, I try my hardest to delve into the piles of projects to find that one that just is outstanding and pushes the boundaries of what's possible in After Effects.
By using forums on other like-minded VFX sites such as XVS Productions, Video Copilot and VideoHive, I aim to expose JMUK and StrobeFire Studios as much as possible, and to try to acquire as many subscribers and veiwers as possible, to increase our presence at U-Doc in 2013.
We are using social media sites to promote JMUK Studios and StrobeFire Studios, for example Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. By using this method of marketting, we allow a cross media connection that spiderwebs across a great many sites, which interconnects with social media sites too, which eventually compiles in an explosion of exposure and coverage. This is exactly how Skrillex became famous.
Video Copilot offers amazing beginner to advanced tutorial help for Graphics and VFX Compositing, using 3D Studio Max and After Effects. My first work started out after being inspired by Video Copilot, and I frequent the forums to gain advice for faster workflows, different techniques, new looks, advertise my new work, expose yourself as an artist, all for free.

VideoHive is a community of design artists that upload template projects for sale/digital download. A perfect way to get started, fantastic way to gain exposure and keeps people coming back to your channel, all the while getting paid while people purchase your work.

XVS Productions was one of the first channels on YouTube I ever visited to watch tutorials and learn tips and techniques. I am still inspired by Vincent because he's that guy who's always one step ahead of me in terms of the 'new look'. He has this interesting ability to stay ahead of the curve in what audiences want to see. So I frequent his channel to see if I can too stay ahead of the curve.
